Possibly unique. Not present in the Bentley collection. 

WR 259 First bust (nose to 2nd N of Britanniar). Plain edge.

This is the plate coin that was used in "English Pattern Trial and Proof Coins in Gold 1547 - 1968 " by Alex Wilson and Mark Rasmussen, number 259, page 312.
Although rated by W & R with the same rarity (R5) as WR 260 (second bust) this first bust is perhaps unique and a prototype of the entire William IV series. In comparison there have been many examples of the second bust 1830 proof.
